We are looking for an enthusiastic Instructional Coordinator who can design and implement effective training programs. The ideal candidate will evaluate training needs, develop relevant content, and assess the effectiveness of training materials across various learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging online and offline training materials tailored to various learning styles.
• Analyze learner feedback to continuously improve the quality of training offerings.
• Organize and lead training sessions for staff across different departments.
• Utilize data analytics to assess the impact of training programs on employee performance.
• Create storyboards and scripts to guide the development of instructional content.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement through feedback and revisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote training initiatives within the organisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is beneficial

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or training development
