Job Description

We are seeking an Injection Molding Process Technician to play a crucial role in our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating injection molding machines, ensuring product quality, and troubleshooting any production issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of injection molding machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of molded products.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production workflows.
• Assist in the development of new molding processes and techniques.
• Work closely with quality control teams to address any product discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and workplace safety regulations.
• Develop training materials for other technicians.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years in plastic manufacturing, specifically injection molding.

Technical Skills

• Robotics Automation
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
