Job Description

As a Cloth Measurer, Machine, you will play a crucial role in our production team by accurately measuring and cutting cloth materials using automated machines. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to operate machinery efficiently, contributing directly to our product quality and production speed.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate and monitor various automated measuring machines.
• Perform cutting of cloth materials while adhering to specified dimensions.
• Inspect cut materials for quality assurance before they proceed to the next stage.
• Provide technical assistance to colleagues for machine-related issues.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance production flow.
• Record production data and measurements in a systematic manner.
• Resolve any discrepancies in material measurements promptly.
• Train and mentor new employees on proper machine usage.
• Participate in regular safety training and machinery workshops.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in textile manufacturing or machine operation is advantageous.
