Job Description

Mackay Event Management Ltd. is searching for a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of event planning, from conceptualization to execution. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to making every event a success. Ideal candidates have experience in event logistics, budgeting, and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan all elements of events to ensure client satisfaction and logistical excellence.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of event themes and branding.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  • Evaluate the success of events through attendee feedback and metrics.
  • Maintain an organized database of vendors, venues, and contacts.
  • Guide junior team members in their tasks while providing support.
  • Develop event budgets and track expenses closely.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or Hospitality is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience preferred
