Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to report on progress.
• Monitor labor performance and productivity to ensure efficient workforce management.
• Implement quality control procedures to meet project requirements.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and administer project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is optimized.
• Conduct safety training for site personnel and ensure compliance with workplace safety policies.
• Collaborate with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the construction team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
