We are seeking an enthusiastic Christmas Tree Farm Manager to lead our operations. Responsibilities

• Oversee the planting, pruning, and harvesting of Christmas trees, ensuring that operations are running smoothly.
• Recruit, train, and manage farm staff to promote a collaborative work atmosphere.
• Keep farm equipment in optimal condition through regular maintenance and repairs.
• Implement effective pest and disease management strategies to maintain tree health.
• Manage stock levels, ensuring efficient use of resources and ordering supplies as needed.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to seasonal sales peaks.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to build strong relationships and resolve any issues.
• Uphold safety protocols to maintain a secure and productive working environment.
• Document and track farm operations and financial transactions to ensure accountability.
• Research new farming techniques and industry best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or Agriculture

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in farm management or related areas.
