Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing the supply chain processes to ensure efficient delivery of products. You'll be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, managing inventory, and liaising with suppliers and customers. We're looking for someone with a proactive approach and strong communication skills, ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily logistics operations and manage the supply chain.
  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound movements of goods.
  • Work with internal departments to forecast stock needs.
  • Implement and maintain an effective inventory management system.
  • Develop and foster relationships with logistics service providers.
  • Negotiate freight contracts and manage budgets.
  • Monitor performance metrics to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all shipments.
  • Conduct training for new logistics staff.
  • Identify potential areas for process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
