Responsibilities

• Manage the installation of radio and cellular systems across various sites.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure optimal functionality.
• Document repairs and preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
• Assist in the training and supervision of new staff.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure that all equipment is compliant with industry standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for tower equipment.
• Meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of an avionics or electronics technician program

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in avionics repair and maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Aircraft Maintenance
• Use of Specialized Tools

Certifications

• Current CASA Certifications
• Relevant Safety Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
