As a Foot Worker, your focus will be on providing excellent foot care services to our clients. This role involves performing routine foot assessments, treating common foot conditions, and maintaining a high standard of care within the clinic environment. Responsibilities

• Perform detailed foot examinations and care.
• Educate clients on foot health maintenance and hygiene.
• Treat and manage common foot concerns with precision.
• Assist in executing foot care procedures with diligence.
• Keep clinic areas sterile and well-organised.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and treatment plans.
• Work alongside other healthcare providers for coordinated care.
• Implement new foot care techniques as required.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance - Podiatry or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in a related field.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of foot anatomy and common conditions
• Manual dexterity

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Empathy

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with diabetic foot care: Specialised knowledge in managing foot care for diabetic patients.
• Additional certifications in foot care: Relevant certifications that enhance foot care delivery.
