Job Description

Join our team as a Parts Salesperson, where your technical knowledge and customer service skills will be key in selling our high-quality electronic components. You'll play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Offer technical support and expertise to customers when needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in trade shows and other networking events.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Train new sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certifications will be considered a plus
Experience
  • Experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of local market trends
  • Experience using ERP systems
Soft Skills
  • Fluency in a second language
Languages
