The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert medication management and patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage prescription processing and dispensing of medications.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor health outcomes.
• Provide consultations and advice on medication therapy.
• Ensure accuracy in compounding medications as necessary.
• Address and document any medication-related issues.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for patient referrals.
• Engage in community health initiatives to promote wellness.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Participate in training programs for pharmacy interns.
• Keep abreast of new legislation and guidance in pharmacy practice.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• PhD in relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in a pharmacy setting

Certifications

Languages
