Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
• Conduct thorough medication reviews during consultations.
• Advise healthcare teams on medication-related issues.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.
• Manage inventory of pharmaceuticals and ensure timely ordering.
• Assist in developing protocols for medication management.
• Provide training to pharmacy staff on best practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Respond to medication inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• PhD in relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in a pharmacy setting

Technical Skills

• Compounding Medications
• Pharmacy Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Pharmacist

Languages
