Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Glue Sprayer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying adhesive substances to various surfaces, ensuring optimal adhesion and quality in production. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in glue spraying operations and a keen eye for detail. You'll collaborate with fellow team members to drive efficiency and maintain safety protocols, all while contributing to an exciting production environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle the application of various adhesive materials in accordance with production needs.
• Ensure adhesive application aligns with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss workflow and equipment performance.
• Assist in the development of best practices for adhesive application.
• Monitor supply levels of adhesive materials and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Train new team members on adhesive application protocols and safety practices.
• Work with quality assurance teams to resolve any product defects related to adhesive bonding.
• Attend safety briefings and workshops to enhance workplace safety skills.
• Document and report any incidents or near-misses related to adhesive application.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of an adhesive technology course is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or adhesive application roles
