Job Description

We invite passionate, skilled individuals to join us as Fundraisers. In this role, you will develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support our campaign activities, manage relationships with donors, and coordinate exciting fundraising events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement innovative fundraising strategies to increase donor engagement.
• Monitor and report on fundraising progress, ensuring targets are met.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling messaging for campaigns.
• Research and apply for grant funding opportunities that align with our mission.
• Attend community events and liaise with stakeholders to boost campaign outreach.
• Develop targeted fundraising initiatives tailored to different donor segments.
• Train and support volunteers involved in fundraising efforts.
• Create engaging content for social media to promote fundraising campaigns.
• Evaluate the success of fundraising events and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate fundraising with overall organizational strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, political science, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising or related roles
