Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical and Counseling Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, and providing guidance to clients and families in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional behavior assessments to determine intervention strategies.
  • Create and implement evidence-based behaviour plans for clients.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on effective intervention techniques.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment plans diligently.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare setting.
  • Utilize behavioural assessment tools and methods effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • BCBA certification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience working with developmental disabilities.
