As the District Plant Engineer, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of our industrial plants, machinery, and equipment. Your role will ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards while leading a team of technicians.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of plant equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Manage complex projects related to plant modifications or upgrades.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing maintenance processes and introduce improvements.
Act as a liaison between management and staff regarding maintenance issues.
Facilitate safety training and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Promote a culture of team collaboration and open communication.
Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize efficiency.
Manage plant maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Develop contingency plans for emergency maintenance situations.
Review and approve maintenance service contracts with external vendors.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Master's degree is a plus

5+ years of experience in managing plant operations.
