We're on the lookout for a dedicated Grain Elevator Worker who will be responsible for the essential duties related to grain handling, storage, and transportation. This position involves operating and maintaining grain elevators along with ensuring high-quality standards are met. Responsibilities

• Manage the intake and outtake process of grain products effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing grain.
• Train new employees on equipment safety and operational procedures.
• Keep accurate records of grain quantities and movements within the facility.
• Perform inspections and maintenance on storage facilities.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for smooth transport operations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Heavy machinery operation
• Grain handling systems

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Forklift Certification (Preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to operate forklifts: Possession of a valid forklift operator's license.
