As a Therapy Aide, you will provide essential support to therapists and patients alike. Your duties will include assisting in therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining necessary equipment. Responsibilities

• Support therapists in their daily tasks with a focus on patient rehabilitation.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
• Certificates in First Aid and CPR

Experience

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Therapy Aide or in a related role.

Technical Skills

• Basic Computer Skills
• Therapy Equipment Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Advantageous

• Experience working with children: Prior involvement in pediatric therapy settings.
