Beer Brewer

Job Description

Join our brewery as a Beer Brewer, where you'll manage brewing processes, conduct quality evaluations, and lead the production of unique and flavorful beers that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine recipes for new beer styles.
• Supervise brewing assistants and interns during production.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the brewing process.
• Participate in beer festivals and tastings to increase brand visibility.
• Keep detailed records of brewing processes and results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in brewing, including recipe development and quality control.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Automated Brewing Systems Experience: Familiarity with using advanced brewing systems and technology.
