Job Description

As a Stocker and Order Filler, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our supply room.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and supplies.
• Manage inventory levels and perform audits.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate supply requests.
• Assist in inventory control, ensuring systems are up to date.
• Identify and report any issues with stock discrepancies.
• Support overall warehouse operations and logistics.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the stockroom.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Maintain a clear and efficient working environment.
• Provide exceptional service to colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in inventory management or related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Microsoft Office Suite

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with government procurement procedures: Familiarity with the processes of government supply chains.
• Experience in a similar role within the defense industry: Background in working with logistics in the defense sector.
