Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Reservation and Transportation Ticket Agent. This role will involve engaging with customers at the airport, processing bookings, and ensuring exceptional service at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with bookings and inquiries.
  • Become familiar with our reservation systems and ensure efficient processing.
  • Report on sales activity and keep accurate records.
  • Work as part of a team to reach sales targets and maintain high service levels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.
  • Offer personalized travel advice to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in customer service or travel industry are a plus
Experience
  • Experience working in a travel or hospitality environment highly regarded.
