Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated team of farm workers, ensuring all operations run efficiently. You will be responsible for the management of tree production activities, including planting, pruning, and harvesting while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily farming operations and maintain a cohesive team.
• Ensure sustainable farming practices are adhered to.
• Monitor the health and growth of trees, making adjustments as necessary.
• Administer safety protocols and training for all staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quality inputs and equipment.
• Keep meticulous records of growth, inventory, and harvesting schedules.
• Facilitate communication between departments to optimize operations.
• Assist in marketing efforts and customer service when necessary.
• Organize special projects during peak seasons.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in Farm Management or similar

Experience

• At least 5 years of industry experience, including supervisory roles
