Responsibilities

• Write and maintain automated test scripts.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of QA processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements.
• Coordinate with product management for acceptance criteria.
• Lead the QA efforts in sprint retrospectives.
• Monitor application performance and ensure optimal performance standards.
• Create and maintain testing documentation.
• Facilitate training for junior QA engineers.
• Participate in continuous integration processes.
• Support deployment and production monitoring efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or similar

Experience

• 5+ years in quality assurance or software testing

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Load Testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
