Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Community Life Director. You will lead the development and implementation of programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents, fostering a sense of belonging and community engagement.
Responsibilities
Facilitate resident committees and meetings to ensure that residents have input into community life.
Work with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement strategies that promote community life.
Coordinate training and support for staff in relation to community life programming.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies in all community programs.
Maintain a database of community programs and initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Health, or related field
Certifications in event management or community engagement are beneficial
Experience
Experience in developing and implementing community life programs and services
