Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Community Life Director. You will lead the development and implementation of programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents, fostering a sense of belonging and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate resident committees and meetings to ensure that residents have input into community life.
  • Work with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement strategies that promote community life.
  • Coordinate training and support for staff in relation to community life programming.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies in all community programs.
  • Maintain a database of community programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Health, or related field
  • Certifications in event management or community engagement are beneficial
Experience
  • Experience in developing and implementing community life programs and services
