Responsibilities

  • Regularly participate in team training sessions and skill drills.
  • Compete in league matches to showcase athletic talents.
  • Collaborate with coaching staff for skill development.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and fitness protocols.
  • Promote teamwork through active participation in group activities.
  • Help organize and participate in promotional events.
  • Encourage and assist less experienced teammates.
  • Represent the team and organization in public engagements.
  • Maintain the team's standards of conduct and discipline.
  • Keep up-to-date with all league changes and requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s in Sports Management or related field preferred
Experience
  • Experience playing baseball at the collegiate level is advantageous
