Job Description

As a Reclamation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the reclamation of mining sites. Your responsibilities will include managing a team, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and developing sustainable reclamation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive service plans for clients.
• Lead community workshops focusing on mental health and social services.
• Advise clients on legal and social support services available.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Develop partnerships with local organisations to provide better services.
• Collect feedback from clients to enhance program effectiveness.
• Participate in training programs to further develop skills.
• Engage in networking activities to build community resources.
• Report on program outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Social Science, Community Development or related field
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience
