Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Order Department Supervisor who will lead our order processing team. As the ideal candidate, you'll ensure timely and accurate order processing while maintaining customer satisfaction and handling daily departmental operations.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostic checks on equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Insulate drying equipment as needed for energy efficiency.
• Monitor environmental conditions affecting the drying process.
• Review and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in relevant field is a plus.

Experience

• Experience in the wood processing industry is an advantage.

Languages
