Our team is excited to welcome a new Pottery Decorator! Candidates should be experienced in pottery techniques and possess the creativity to design and enhance beautiful pottery pieces.

Responsibilities

• Create custom designs based on customer requests.
• Review production schedules to meet deadlines for delivery.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss new ideas and improve processes.
• Train new team members on pottery decoration techniques.
• Manage inventory of materials and equipment used in decoration.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Fine Arts or Ceramics

Experience

• Experience in collaborative design projects is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Glazing and Firing

Advantageous

• Experience with different types of clays: Ability to work with various clay types and understand their properties.
• Knowledge of sustainable practices: Familiarity with eco-friendly materials and sustainable pottery techniques.
