Job Description

As a Reclamation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the reclamation of mining sites. Your responsibilities will include managing a team, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and developing sustainable reclamation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of reclamation projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Implement environmental monitoring programs to assess site restoration success.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress to senior management.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with reclamation activities.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among field staff and contractors.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Environmental Science, Mining Engineering, or a related field preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in reclamation or mining with supervisory experience
