Join us as a Social Media Manager and take charge of our social media presence. Your role will involve curating and managing published content, engaging with our audience, and staying ahead of social media trends to connect with our audience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual social media campaign calendar.
  • Create high-quality graphics and video content to share on social media.
  • Run contests and promotions to encourage user-generated content and engagement.
  • Foster community engagement by initiating discussions and encouraging feedback.
  • Monitor online presence and manage social media crises effectively.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on social media best practices.
  • Manage partnerships with influencers and other brand advocates.
  • Utilise SEO best practices to improve social media visibility.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media activity and campaign performance.
  • Enhance brand story through strategic and engaging content.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Marketing or related discipline is preferred
  • Proven metrics in successful social strategies preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in social media strategy development
