Responsibilities

• Lead patient care meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Train and mentor junior staff and nursing students.
• Develop and implement patient care protocols and guidelines.
• Provide telehealth services as part of integrated care.
• Engage in continuing education to maintain and enhance clinical competencies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Nurse Practitioner certification is required

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in healthcare

Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
