Job Description

As a Mine Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our mining site, ensuring that production goals are met while upholding safety standards. You'll lead a team of miners, conducting training and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mining activities including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Train and develop team members to improve skills and performance.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding operational efficiency.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
• Assist in planning and executing mining strategies effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mining operations and supervision

Technical Skills

• Experience with heavy machinery
• Proficiency in mining software

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time management

Certifications

• Mine Manager Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
