Job Description

We are seeking dedicated farmworkers and laborers to assist with plant propagation and maintenance tasks. This role is integral to our operations in the nursery and greenhouse settings.

Responsibilities

• Help in the propagation of plants through tasks like taking cuttings and dividing plants.
• Assist in maintaining optimal conditions in greenhouses.
• Perform daily inspections on plant health and support pest control efforts.
• Maintain clean and organised work areas and tools.
• Provide assistance to other teams as needed.
• Record plant growth and development data.

Requirements

Education

• Preferably a Certificate II or III in Horticulture.

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.

• Plant Care
• Pesticide Knowledge

• Physical Stamina
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Plant Diseases: Understanding plant diseases and pest management strategies will be advantageous.
• Physical Fit: Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects up to 25kg.
