Job Description

As a Record Center Specialist, you will play a vital role in the management of records and information across various formats. This includes ensuring all documents are managed efficiently while complying with legal and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the record center, ensuring efficient processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Utilize records management software for tracking and retrieving documents.
  • Assist with the digitization of records and document imaging tasks.
  • Work closely with legal teams to ensure all requests for information are fulfilled promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained at all times.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of record management procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications in Records Management are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in records management or information governance
Technical Skills
  • Electronic Document Management Systems
  • Barcoding and Scanning Equipment
