We are looking for an enthusiastic Compound Worker to join our vibrant team at Facilities Management Co. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols while performing various tasks related to compound operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and ensure that cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Oversee inventory management and perform stock checks as needed.
• Document compound usage and rectify any inventory issues.
• Support in the logistical handling of compound materials.
• Maintain compound equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Uphold safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
• Work alongside team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform general establishment maintenance tasks.
• Attend training sessions to keep skills current.
• Address operational difficulties as they arise.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or compound operations

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management
• Operation of Heavy Machinery

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Forklift License (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Certification: Certification for operating forklifts safely.
