Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Food Batchmaker, where you will be responsible for preparing and mixing condiments such as mayonnaise and sauces. Applicants should have a solid background in food production and be passionate about quality.
Responsibilities
Prepare and mix various condiment recipes, including sauces and dressings.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
Assist in training new team members on production processes and safety protocols.
Identify and troubleshoot any production issues in a timely manner.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss workflow and goals.
Maintain records of batch production and quality tests.
Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines in the facility.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certificate in Food Safety is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
