Change House Attendant

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Change House Attendant to manage the distribution of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) to employees in our busy industrial environment. You will maintain inventory levels, ensure compliance with health regulations, and support the overall operational functionality of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper distribution of uniforms and PPE to various departments.
• Monitor and maintain equipment related to uniform care, including laundry machines.
• Conduct regular safety checks on PPE and uniforms to ensure compliance.
• Assist in maintaining a positive workplace environment by fostering a supportive relationship with staff.
• Support the facility in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness.
• Interact positively with staff to resolve any uniform or PPE-related queries.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss improvements.
• Assist with the onboarding of new staff regarding uniform policies.

Requirements

Education

• No formal education requirements
• Experience in an industrial setting preferred

Experience

• Minimum of one year in a similar role is preferred
