Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing products based on customer feedback.
• Ensure all products are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to brainstorm new product lines.

• Lead project meetings to track progress and address challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Fine Arts or related field
• Degree in Industrial Design is a bonus

Experience

• 3+ years experience in product design or arts and crafts manufacturing
