Responsibilities
Inspect, cut, and prepare a wide variety of meat products.
Assist customers with selections while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Maintain product knowledge to enhance customer service.
Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly.
Assist in training junior staff and provide guidance.
Monitor and implement food safety practices in alignment with regulations.
Manage processing of special orders and customer requests effectively.
Requirements
Education
Completion of high school education
Training in meat preparation and food safety preferred
Experience
At least two years of experience in a butcher or meat cutter role.
