We are seeking a motivated and passionate Fundraising Coordinator to oversee and implement our fundraising activities. In this role, you will engage with the community, build relationships with donors, and create innovative fundraising campaigns to support our vital programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement innovative fundraising campaigns that align with our mission.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze fundraising data to drive strategy adjustments.
• Conduct community outreach to promote events and activities.
• Represent the organization at community events to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the communications team to produce content for fundraising campaigns.
• Assist in grant writing and submissions to secure funding from organizations.
• Coordinate with volunteers to maximize support for fundraising initiatives.
• Manage budgets related to fundraising activities and events.
• Evaluate the success of fundraising initiatives and implement improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in fundraising or development roles
