Responsibilities

• Allocate sewing tasks and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion.
• Train, mentor, and supervise sewing team members.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and guidelines.
• Inspect finished products for quality control purposes.
• Identify and troubleshoot sewing machine issues.
• Maintain records of production metrics and reports.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to improve operational processes.
