Job Description

As an Artificial Flowers Dyer, you will be instrumental in the production process, dyeing flowers to the exact specifications provided by our clients. This job requires not only technical skills in dye mixing but also a keen eye for color and quality. You will work within a supportive team environment, interacting with designers and quality control professionals to bring our floral products to life.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dyeing stations and materials for daily operations.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Assist in training new team members on dyeing techniques.
• Document all dyeing processes for compliance and quality control.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Engage in troubleshooting issues related to dyeing equipment.
• Develop and maintain a positive working atmosphere within the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or diploma in Textile Manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the textile or manufacturing industry, preferably in dyeing or finishing.
