Job Description

As an Industrial Furnace Fabricator, you will play an essential role in constructing and maintaining industrial furnaces crucial to manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will cover a range of tasks from assembly to installation, ensuring that our furnaces operate efficiently and meet stringent safety standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, as our products are pivotal in various manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble furnace components in line with project specifications.
• Perform maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all furnaces are operating smoothly.
• Work closely with project managers to coordinate project timelines.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Document all aspects of fabrication, maintenance, and repairs.
• Operate necessary machinery and tools with precision and safety in mind.
• Train and support new team members in fabrication techniques.
• Assist in client consultations to clarify project specifications.
• Monitor and adapt to changing project needs as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade qualification in Metal Fabrication or Welding preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial furnace fabrication or a closely related field
