Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Stock Handler Floorperson to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will manage stock handling activities, ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout the warehouse. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute directly to effective inventory management and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming freight for damage or shortages and report issues.
• Organise stock layout for optimal space utilisation.
• Prepare and package products for shipping in a timely manner.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits to eliminate discrepancies.
• Follow established safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
• Work as part of a cohesive team to meet daily operational targets.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
• Engage in cross-training to support various roles within the warehouse.
