We are looking for enthusiastic Packaging and Filling Machine Operators to join our dynamic team in the sausage production department. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of sausage stuffing machines while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate sausage stuffing machines.
• Ensure that all ingredients are prepared and ready for production.
• Perform routine maintenance and checks on equipment.
• Assist in packaging and labelling of products.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on production efficiency.
• Participate in safety training and compliance workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of production output.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss ongoing improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food safety certification (desirable)

Experience

• Previous experience in a meat processing facility is an advantage.
