Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Material-Moving Machine and Vehicle Operators, you will oversee daily operations at our fuel service station, ensuring efficient service while leading a team of attendants. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of customer service, safety, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of fuel attendants and cashiers.
• Coordinate fuel delivery and manage stock levels.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
• Develop schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Respond to customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts as required.
• Facilitate communication between all station personnel.
• Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements.
• Conduct regular training and safety briefings for staff.
• Perform other duties as requested by the store manager.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a retail or similar environment
