Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager who will bring their expertise to our innovative environment in Ballarat. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and achieving remarkable results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously whilst managing tight deadlines.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies.
• Monitor project performance and KPI measurements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Review project deliverables and ensure adherence to standards.
• Engage with contractors and vendors for project execution.
• Support project teams in resolving conflicts and issues.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project proposals and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP Certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in project management

• Project Management Software

• Certified Project Manager (CPM)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages
