Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Baggage Porter/Bellhop. This position involves welcoming passengers and ensuring they receive the utmost care and support while navigating the airport, making their travel experience as pleasant as possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance passenger experience.
• Assist with queue management and directing passengers to appropriate areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards or security concerns to relevant personnel.
• Assist with other duties required for the efficient operation of the airport.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to improve service delivery.
• Continuously learn about airport services and facilities to better assist passengers.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in one or more foreign languages: Ability to communicate in additional languages is preferred.
• Experience in handling emergency situations: Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
• Experience in working in a multicultural environment: Ability to work effectively with diverse passenger groups.
