Job Description

Our company is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team in Alice Springs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position requires a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance assessments and ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Identify areas for improvement within compliance processes.
• Prepare and present compliance training to new and existing employees.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submissions of compliance documents.
• Contribute to the development of the organization’s compliance culture.
• Draft and update compliance documentation as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs
