We are on the lookout for an experienced Cold Storage Supervisor to manage our cold storage operations. This role requires a highly organized individual who can lead a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain efficient storage practices. You will be integral in overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the cold storage facility.
• Train and evaluate staff performance with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local and industry safety standards.
• Monitor the inbound and outbound logistics for quality control.
• Keep accurate records of inventory and manage temperature logs.
• Streamline storage processes to improve efficiency.
• Resolve any issues related to storage or equipment promptly.
• Liaise with procurement and delivery teams for seamless operations.
• Generate operational reports for management review.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all staff.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
• Certifications in cold storage management are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cold storage or logistics management
