Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Psychiatrist to join our dedicated medical team. As a Psychiatrist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, providing comprehensive care, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and diagnose mental health disorders.
  • Design treatment plans including medication management and therapy.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and other health professionals.
  • Educate patients and families about mental health conditions.
  • Report and document patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and therapeutic methods.
  • Participate in case discussions and professional development workshops.
  • Assist with mental health promotion initiatives in the community.

Requirements

Education
  • MBBS or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of direct clinical practice in mental health
